How many hands do I have to upload to get my first report?

You must submit a minimum number of 500 hands for each report. This gives me a statistically relevant sample from which to draw conclusions. Of course, I encourage you to submit MORE than 500 hands for each report to get even more accurate results.

Will the report distinguish between different game types?

Yes. There are four possible reports: No Limit Tournaments, No Limit Ring Games, Limit Tournaments, and Limit Ring Games. You will get a report for every game type that you submit at least 500 hands for.

(For example, if you upload 1000 hands for no limit ring games, 200 hands for no limit tournaments, and 600 hands for limit tournaments, you'd receive a complete No Limit Ring Game report and a Limit Tournament Report. Your 200 no limit tournament hands would be saved in our system until you accumulated a total of 500.)

Is Coach Rounder 100% legal to use?

Yes, absolutely. Since the program does not involve "player profiling" or "bots", it is completely allowed by the poker rooms. Coach Rounder simply analyzes your hands-AFTER you've played them-and then gives you the appropriate advice.

Which poker rooms will Coach Rounder work for?

Your Coach Rounder license will be restricted to a single poker room of your choosing. If you get the program through the casino signup option, your license will be restricted to the poker room you joined.

Does the "Hand Synthesizer" software run WHILE I play or AFTER I play?

The Hand Synthesizer runs AFTER you've played. The software's function is to simply upload your hands to my servers... I take care of the rest.

How much of my report is "automatic" and how much will you create?

The hand histories you submit will be automatically "processed" by my servers, which will give me raw data about your playing skills (i.e. how many hands you played, how aggressive you were, how many times you folded after the flop, etc.).

I look at that data, and then add my advice accordingly. You'll also get advanced graphs and charts so that you can track your progress from report to report.

You can expect to have your report within 24 hours after submitting your hand histories. In rare cases (like if you upload 10,000 hands all at once) it can take up to 48 hours. When the report is ready, you'll get an email from me with the subject line "Your Coach Rounder Report Is Ready!".
