Please review this agreement carefully before using CoachRounder.com's Software. By using this Software, you are consenting to be bound by these terms of use set out in this Software End User License. If you do not agree to be subject to all these terms of use, you are advised not to install or use this Software.

1. This Software is licensed on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis and may only be installed and used on a single computer. A separate license must be purchased for each computer on which the Software is installed. This Software may only be used by you for non-commercial personal purposes.

2. You hereby agree to the following: (1) this Software is sold "as is" without representations, warranties or covenants of any kind; (2) you have the sole responsibility to evaluate the risks and benefits of using this Software; (3) CoachRounder.com makes no representations, warranties or covenants whatsoever as to the accuracy, reliability or correctness of any numbers or other data or information generated or to be generated by this Software, including calculators and other tools; (4) CoachRounder.com makes no implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice; and (5) you covenant that you will only use this Software, or allow this Software to be used, in a way that fully complies with all applicable laws.

3. In no event shall CoachRounder.com, its affiliated companies, contractors or suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use of this Software, including without limitation any losses, lost revenue or reduction of profits, or for special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability. In no event shall CoachRounder.com's liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the purchase price paid by you, if any, for this Software.

4. Modification, reverse engineering, reverse compiling, or disassembly of this Software is expressly prohibited. This Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

5. You hereby agree that this Software will not be used alongside or in conjunction with any other software in such a way that violates the policy or terms and conditions of the poker room on which it is being used. This may include, but is not limited to, add-on software that reads CoachRounder.com's advice and/or odds in order to automatically play the game.

6. You may not rent, lease, sell, or create copies, or create derivative works of this Software. You may not transfer your rights to this Software to another individual or entity.

7. All title and copyrights in and to this Software, any accompanying written materials, and any copies of this Software are owned by CoachRounder.com This Software is protected by copyright laws.

8. You acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review CoachRounder.com's Privacy Policy.

9. This License and all related actions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

10. By acquiring this Software, you acquire only the right to use this Software and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software other than those specified in this License. CoachRounder.com shall at all times retain all rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights in this Software.

11. You hereby agree that this Software may automatically check for upgrades and improvements while being used online. Also, this Software may connect your computer to the CoachRounder.com server in order to: (1) obtain card location information on the card rooms so auto-read can work; (2) for purposes of software fraud prevention; and (3) to collect data on your opponents. While doing so, it uses the registration code combined with your hard drive ID to log in. CoachRounder.com will not collect data on your cards.

12. You hereby agree that this Software will only be used in accordance to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is being used.

13. The Product license is activated upon CoachRounder.com's receipt of the license fee or confirmation that you made a qualifying transaction with an Affiliated Poker Room enabling you to get the license for free, and is valid for 12 months. CoachRounder.com places no obligation on the Customer to pay any additional fee. Free customer support is offered for 12 months from the date the license first becomes valid.

14. Information contained in this agreement is subject to change without notice and does not represent a commitment or contracted obligation on the part of CoachRounder.com to notify or contact you when changes are made.

15. Coach Rounder has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software, we will refund the purchase price you paid for the Software within 14 days of your purchase. This is limited only to registered customers who have purchased the Software. For a refund, please contact support at support@coachrounder.com
