The CoachRounder system consists of two main components, the Hand Synthesizer and the CoachRounder.com web site. The first component is the Hand Synthesizer which is a downloaded application that prepares and sends your played hands data to the CoachRounder servers. The second component in the system is the CoachRounder web site. After using the Hand Synthesizer to upload your hand data, you will login to CoachRounder.com to view your personal hand analysis.

IMPORTANT: You must have played at least 500 hands at your selected poker room for CoachRounder to be able to provide you with detailed advice. In addition, it may take between 24-48 hours for CoachRounder to fully analyze your hands and provide you with your detailed report.

Installing The Hand Synthesizer

1. Download the Hand Synthesizer from http://www.CoachRounder.com/download/CoachRounderSetup.exe and Click Run to proceed. NOTE: If you click Save and save the installation executable to your local computer, you will need to double click on the CoachRounderSetup.exe to begin installation.
   
   
   
   
2. You may be prompted with a security warning - this is normal behavior. Click Run to proceed.
   
   
   
   
   
3. After clicking Run, you should see the Setup Wizard start. Click Next.
   
   
   
   
4. Accept the License Agreement. Click Next.
   
   
   
   
5. Select your installation destination. In most cases, you can leave the default location. Click Next.
   
   
   
   
6. Select your start menu folder. In most cases, you can leave the default folder. Click Next.
   
   
   
   
7. Select additional tasks. In most cases, you can leave the default options checked. Click Next.
   
   
   
   
8. You are now ready to install. Click Install.
   
   
   
   
9. Once your setup has finished, you can leave the "Launch Coach Rounder" option checked and Click Finish.
   
   
   
   
10. You are now finished Installing the Hand Synthesizer.
    
    
    
    

Using the Hand Synthesizer

1. Double click the Coach Rounder icon which should be located on your desktop. You can also launch the Hand Synthesizer by using the Start menu.
   
   
   
   
2. You will need to enter the username and password you received in your license email to access the Hand Synthesizer. Click OK.
   
   
   
   
3. Prepare your hands for uploading by selecting the poker room and the player name for which you wish to upload hands. Be sure to use the "Select Poker Room" and "Select Player" drop down menus to select the desired room and player name. Then click the yellow "Prepare Hands" button. You should then see the number of prepared hands displayed next to the "Total Hands" menu.
   
   
   
   
4. Once the hands are prepared, you are ready to upload them to CoachRounder. The text on the gray button on the bottom right will change from (No hands to upload) to (Step 2: Upload X hands to server...) where X equals the number of hands that will be uploaded. Click the gray "Upload Hands" button to upload your played hands.
   
   
   
   
5. Once the hands are finished uploading, you will receive an Upload Complete confirmation. Click the OK button. You are now ready to login to the CoachRounder.com web site.
   
   
   
   

Upgrading the Hand Synthesizer

1. Double click the Coach Rounder icon which should be located on your desktop. You can also launch the Hand Synthesizer by using the Start menu.
   
   
   
   
2. You may receive a notice to Upgrade to the latest version. If you receive this notice, click Yes to upgrade.
   
   
   
   
3. After clicking Yes, you will be taken to CoachRounder.com and the download process should automatically begin. Click Run.
   
   
   
   
4. You may be prompted with a security warning - this is normal behavior. Click Run to proceed.
   
   
   
   
5. After clicking the Run button you will go through the same setup process as outlined in the "Installing The Hand Synthesizer" section of this user guide.

CoachRounder.com Login Instructions

1. Open your web browser and go to http://www.coachrounder.com/login.html
   
   
2. Enter your Username and Password in the login box. Your username should consist of your registered email address and you can retrieve your password by using the information you received in your initial license email. You can also use the "Forgot Password" feature if you are unable to locate your initial license email.
   
   

CoachRounder.com Report Viewing

1. After you have uploaded reports using the Hand Synthesizer and logged into CoachRounder.com you should see your Uploaded Hands Status. Please note that it may take between 24-48 hours for your hands to be reviewed. You can see how many hands have been reviewed by viewing the "Hands Reviewed" column.
   
   
   
   
2. Once CoachRounder has analyzed your played hands, you should see your prepared reports under the Report Status section. Click on the hyperlink for the report you wish to view. This will open your analyzed reports in a new browser window.
   
   
   
   
3. Review your personal analysis from CoachRounder in the new browser window.
